How Do I Create an Account?
In order to use maverconnect.co.uk, you must first register an account. In order to do this, simply click the "Register" button (located at the top of every page) and fill in your details. You will also be asked to create a password. This is personal to you. MAVER UK will never ask you for your password. Fields marked with a * are mandatory. Once you have created an account, you will offered a "Remember Me" option next time you sign in. In this instance, only a password will be needed to gain access to your account.
Step-by-step Guide to Ordering
* Type a product name, keyword or ID in the search box at the top of each page.
* Browse the product homepages.
* Click the "Add to Basket" button to store it.
* To continue shopping once the item has been placed in your basket, click the "Continue Shopping" button.
* Alternatively, when you're ready, click the "Checkout" button.
* Sign in using your e-mail address (if you haven't already).
* Fill in your details and specify a delivery address.
* Choose how you would like to pay.
* Check your order details.
* Click the "submit order" button to complete the transaction.
Please note that any items left in your basket that are not purchased within 30 days after being added will be removed
Please also note that although every effort is made to ensure stocks are showing as up to date as possible, stocks do change on a daily basis. Please be sure to check back frequently.
We will send you an e-mail confirming your order. You will then be contacted by your nominated point of collection to confirm delivery of the goods when they arrive. Simply collect the items from your nominated shop. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE SOME FORM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IDENTIFICATION WITH YOU TO COLLECT CONNECT PARCELS. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN YOU NOT BEING ALLOWED TO COLLECT THE GOODS

I've Chosen to Buy an Item, but Have Changed my Mind?
Next to any order that hasn't yet entered the dispatch process, you will see a "Remove" button next to each individual item. You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the item before proceeding. Your shopping cart and order value will update automatically.
If the item / order you want to cancel is beyond the dispatch process you will need to wait until the order is delivered to you before you can cancel the order. Please read the Your Statutory Rights page to find out more.
How Do I Know my Order Has Been Placed?
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail shortly after an order has been placed.
Why is the Item's Price in the E-mail Confirmation Different from the Price on the Website?
Prices can change any time. The price in the e-mail reflects the price at the time the e-mail was sent, but that price may have changed by the time you return to the website.
VAT on goods sold by MAVER UK
VAT stands for value added tax, which is charged on goods sold by MAVER UK within the UK. In accordance with the laws governing members of the European Union, MAVER UK is obliged to charge VAT on all orders delivered to UK destinations. VAT is charged in accordance with the rate governing at the time.
The prices displayed for goods sold by MAVER UK are inclusive of UK VAT. However, your final price may differ depending on the actual VAT rate that applies to your order. You will be able to see your final price inclusive of applicable VAT before you confirm your order, when you have completed your order information (including your delivery address).
VAT Refunds for VAT Registered Customers
If you are a VAT registered customer in the UK, MAVER UK can refund your VAT. In order to receive a VAT refund for your order we require a copy of your VAT registration certificate or another proof of your VAT registered status, which shows the registered business address and registered VAT number. When requesting a refund please send a copy of this document to the following address :

We will not accept VAT refund requests via fax, telephone or E-mail.
If you use a shared or public computer to shop at MAVER CONNECT, you should log out to prevent other users from accessing personal information.
Not Receiving Replies from MAVER CONNECT?
If you've tried to contact us in the past but didn't receive a reply, your ISP or e-mail program may be blocking e-mails from MAVER CONNECT. Try consulting your e-mail program's help pages to find out how to change or remove the settings that filter or block e-mails. It may also be worth contacting your Internet Service Provider or System Administrator to ask them why you're not receiving maverconnect.co.uk e-mails.
How Do I Return Something?
If you should wish to return an item for whatever reason, please be sure to contact MAVER in advance. The Customer is required to look at their order history relating to the order in question to identify the item to be returned. For more information, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.
Can't Log In?
Your browser may have been logged out of our system between visits as there is a 15-minute time limit in which you can view it without having to login again.
Website Slow / won't Connect?
Try reloading or refreshing the page. If the website is taking a long time, or if a webpage loads halfway, often simply clicking the "Stop" button at the top of your browser and then clicking "Reload" or "Refresh" solves the issue.
Try clearing your history. Most website browsers temporarily store a local copy of every webpage you visit on the website. Clearing your cache deletes all of those files and makes room for new ones. Go to the "Cache" or "Temporary Internet Files" option on your website browser and delete the files stored in your cache.
If you still encounter difficulty, you may need to upgrade your browser or contact your Internet Service Provider directly for further assistance.
Can't View Pages?
Try refreshing the page by going to the top of your browser and clicking the two circling arrow buttons to refresh the page you are looking at. If this does not fix the issue, it may be that cookie management or file utility software is causing the difficulty. Your web browser must be set to accept Cookies from our website in order to complete a purchase and take advantage of essential website features, such as storing items in your Shopping Basket.
If you are using Internet Explorer, you will want to choose the drop-down menu entitled "View," then visit "Internet Options..." Choose the "Advanced" tab and scroll down to "Cookies". Fill in the "Always Accept Cookies" radio button. This should enable your browser to accept cookies.
On Mozilla Firefox the path is >> Tools >> Options >> Cookies >> "Allow sites to set cookies".
If you are using any type of parental control software, or if your Internet Service Provider has such controls active on your account, please be sure that these functions are disabled.
Account Not Recognised?
If you encounter problems while logging into your account or during checkout:
1) Choose Tools/Internet Options from the IE menu.
2) Click on the Security tab and select "Internet" in the Web content zone box.
3) Then click on "Custom level" to reveal the Security Settings
4) Scroll to "Scripting" toward the bottom of the list and set the "Active Scripting" choice to "Disabled"
If you are unable to view an image or button, it's possible that your browser is not downloading the image or button. Check your browser's preferences to ensure the settings allow the downloading of image files.
